Panchmarhi

With greenery and wildlife profuse and delightful, Panchmarhi's sparkling waterfalls and impressive views from hill tops create a world that is secluded in a magic that lets you unwind completely

The lush green landscape, cascading waterfalls and spectacular sights has Panchmari crowned as the ‘Queen of the Satpuras'. It lives up to the name as it creates an environment so enchanting, you'd love getting lost in it. Being a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve only adds more value to its worth. Discovered and developed by Captain James Forsyth during the British Raj, a lot of colonial influence can be seen in its settlements. If the natural façade and wildlife of the region did not make it attractive enough, it is also strewn with several temples, caves and historic monuments that are believed to be proof of a mythological past.

Must Visit

When in Panchmarhi, soak up the nature all around at Dhoopgarh and Priyadarshinin Point. Trek through the Pandava Caves and to the Bee Falls, Apsara Vihar and Duchess Fall; you can even bathe in some of them. Observe the wildlife at Satpura National Park and visit the ancient temples of Jata Shankar and Chauragarh Temple to embrace the divine.
